    To Whom It May Concern,

                My name is Chrystal L. Evans. And recently
 I have been a victim of workplace sexual harassment and   discrimination. I was accused of drawing an obscene picture on a note that was left for some friends of mine. I admitted to the note that had my name on it, however I denied the drawing of which was a penis spitting.  Myself and others have our reasons to believe that we know who drew the drawing.  Now the reason that I am writing this to you is because I was placed on suspension without pay due to the behavior of another employee.  During the investigation, I was told that rumors were going around about me giving oral sex to certain outside contractors.  Because I am friendly does that mean that I am having sex with every guy in General Motors?  I don't think so!  Now to the discrimination part of the story.  When I was placed on suspension I was unaware that a male employee had also been placed on suspension for the same thing I was. That being " inappropiate behavior ". Now he was accused of harassing a contractor and all that happened to him is that they switched his post. He was never asked to take leave without pay. However and coincendently he is also the same person that found this note that I supposedly drew a penis on and is also the individual that has said that he would do anything to get me out of that establishment. He has been known to call me a slut, whore and prostitute.  I believe that I have been wrongly accused and I am currently fighting for back pay.  I have been transferred to another account on which I lose seniority rank, deduction in pay for at least 3 1/2 months and knocked down to part time work because I need get E.M.T. certified in which Pinkerton is paying for.
