 My story of Sexual Harassment & Retaliation took place in the Workplace between the late 80's and early nineties. But I am still fighting for my job & rights. It has been over a 13 year battle now. Because the sexual harassment & retaliation didn't stop after complaining, I developed mental disabilities which are Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD), depression, anxiety/ panic disorder and agoraphobia.I want women to know that this is what they might be experiencing and not know it, I myself did not know right away. Anyways mine is a long, long story.So I will make it short. After 10 years in & out of the legal system with different lawyers and $20,000.00 plus later,I am still fighting, but now I have an ADA(Americans With Disabilities Act) Lawsuit"Pro Se"(for self)against my Employer and they need to be held accountable for their actions. Now my case is in The United States Court of Appeals awaiting the Justices Opinions.
